What's happening in Pakistan?

Here's another bonus cartoon, unique in that it was written by J. Neil Schulman. His website is HERE. He has a good hat, but it really needs a toorie on it. This makes me a unique cartoonist. I have now drawn up gags by both J. Neil and L. Neil.
